GOP sues state over possible election violations

The New Hampshire Republican State Committee filed a lawsuit charging local election officials in Manchester violated state law by preventing GOP observers from getting close enough to scrutinize election-day registrants.
The GOP lodged the complaint shortly after noon today and arguments were made before Superior Court Judge Gillian Abramson in Manchester this afternoon.
